Know what roofing website work costs before a sales call.
Three fixed-scope offers: a one-time website, an optional monthly care plan, and an optional local SEO plan. These are the prices I am testing with the first contractors — not United States industry averages and not quotes for an unusual project.
Every scope below is defined in writing before work starts. There are no setup fees hidden in monthly plans, no long contracts on care, and no promise of a Google ranking or a number of leads.
- Hosting and domain/DNS coordination for the live site
- Uptime and basic performance monitoring
- Monthly backups and platform or security updates
- Small changes inside an agreed monthly time allowance
- Quarterly check of forms, phone links, and indexed pages
- Monthly care is optional; the site works without it
- Unlimited edits, redesigns, or advertising spend
- Keyword and page planning around roofing buyer intent
- On-page optimization of existing service pages
- Business profile and local citation hygiene guidance
- Content updates within a fixed monthly number of hours
- Search Console monitoring and a plain monthly report
- Month-to-month after the first 90 days of alignment work
- Guaranteed rankings, bought reviews, or doorway city pages
Questions owners usually ask.
Why are the prices published?
A small roofing company should be able to budget before talking to anyone. The ranges are the prices I am currently testing; they are deliberately narrow and exclude genuinely complex projects, which get a written custom quote.
Are these United States market averages?
No. Agencies serving roofing contractors publish a wide range of prices, and quotes vary with location, page count, content production, and software. These numbers are my test offer for a defined scope, compared against public agency pricing during research in October 2026.
What makes a project fall outside the $499–899 range?
Bilingual sites, more than six pages, large photo or video production needs, custom tools or integrations, e-commerce, or copy written entirely from scratch. The website cost planner shows how scope changes the range.
Can SEO guarantee more roofing leads?
Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings or lead counts. The SEO plan delivers defined work — page planning, optimization, monitoring, and reporting — and tracks real outcomes monthly. See the SEO service page for the full scope.
How do we start?
Run the free website audit on your current site, review the concept work, and then we agree a written scope and a fixed price before any build work begins.
